For this project in Glanmire, we worked on both the living room and the bathroom. The goal was to modernise the spaces with a fresh, contemporary style while also adding warmth and character.
We began by carefully preparing both the living room and the bathroom. Furniture, floors, and fixtures were protected, while the walls were cleaned and patched to create the perfect surface for painting.
The living room was completely transformed with a deep navy blue. This rich tone added depth and warmth, beautifully contrasted with bright white ceilings and trims. The colour also enhances the natural light from the large windows, while framing the classic white fireplace as a focal point.
In the bathroom, we opted for a timeless two-tone effect. Soft, light walls above were paired with a deeper navy panelling below, creating a sophisticated and stylish look. This combination brought character to the small space while keeping it feeling fresh and open.
The completed project brought both elegance and modern style into this Glanmire home. The living room now feels cosy yet contemporary, while the bathroom benefits from a classic two-tone design that will stand the test of time.
